Customer satisfaction matters to us. Here's what can be returned and how — for blank garments, faulty goods, custom printed items and sizing.
Blank garments
Returnable within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost.
Faulty goods
Return within 30 days of receipt for inspection and investigation.

Blank garments
Blank items can be returned to Tee Junction within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost. If you would like to return any blank garments, please contact us with your order number and we will provide full return instructions.
Personalised & custom printed items
At Tee Junction, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch and we will always do our best to help. However, as many of our products are personalised or custom printed, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless the garments are faulty or an error has been made on our part. Any faulty goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt for inspection and investigation.
Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000, personalised goods or products made specifically to a customer's requirements are exempt from standard return rights.
Sizing
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend checking the sizing information carefully. As we supply garments from a variety of manufacturers, sizing can vary between brands. For example, a medium size in Fruit of the Loom may fit differently to a medium in Gildan. Each product page includes detailed sizing information under the “Sizing Information” tab to help you choose the correct fit.
Once garments have been personalised or printed, returns relating to sizing can only be accepted if the item measurements do not match the sizing information provided on our website. If you believe you have received garments that differ from the published measurements, please contact Tee Junction and we will be happy to assist.
