Our Story
At Tee Junction, we bring over 40 years of experience in the T-shirt and apparel industry. During that time, we've travelled across the world selling merchandise at sporting events, concerts, festivals, and major live events, gaining invaluable hands-on knowledge of what makes quality apparel and great service stand out.
Launching our own fashion brand, Transalpino, in 2006 opened the door to a new side of the industry. Working directly with printers and manufacturers gave us first-hand experience of the challenges many brands face — unreliable lead times, broken promises, and constantly being pushed down the priority list by larger clients. Like many businesses, we found the process frustrating and limiting.
Rather than relying on middlemen, we decided to invest in our own production equipment and take full control of the printing process ourselves. This happened during a major shift in the industry, as DTG (Direct to Garment) printing began replacing traditional screen printing. We worked with DTG technology for several years, producing high-quality prints while learning every aspect of garment production in-house.
During the Covid period, the arrival of DTF (Direct to Film) printing completely transformed the way we operated. The speed, reliability, quality, and flexibility of the process proved groundbreaking for our own brand and allowed us to produce professional garments faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Production Costs
At Tee Junction, we aim to keep our pricing clear and straightforward. However, because there are so many custom ordering options available, our pricing structure reflects the different production requirements involved in each order. There are three main costs associated with custom garments:
1. Product cost
The cost of the garments or promotional items themselves.
2. Application charge
The cost of professionally printing or applying your design to the garments.
3. Setup fee (sometimes)
A one-time fee if the supplied artwork isn't print-ready — covers converting it into a format suitable for our production equipment.
Product Costs
At Tee Junction, we stock and supply a wide range of clothing and promotional items from leading manufacturers. We also offer quantity discounts across all products, helping you get the best possible value — the more you order, the more you save.
Each product page includes a pricing table showing the cost per item based on order quantity. Quantity discounts are calculated using the total number of the same item ordered.
